Weather at Haulover Beach

Bal Harbour, Florida. One of the best climates in the country — for obvious reasons.

Best Times to Visit Haulover Beach

The honest seasonal breakdown — so you know exactly what to expect.

🌸

Spring (March – May)

The sweet spot. Temperatures in the low-to-mid 80s °F, low humidity, clear skies. Spring break season means bigger crowds in March and April. Arrive early on weekends. Our top pick for first-timers.

Summer (June – August)

Hot and humid — highs in the low 90s °F. Afternoon thunderstorms are common (usually short, over by 4 PM). Fewer tourists, so less crowded. The water is incredibly warm. Mornings are best.

šŸ‚

Fall (September – November)

Transition season. September and October still feel like summer. By November it's beautiful — temps drop to the 70s–80s, humidity decreases, and crowds are lighter. Great shoulder season value.

Winter (December – February)

Peak snowbird season. Canadians and northerners flock to South Florida. Temperatures are 65–75 °F — still absolutely beachable. Water is cooler (around 70 °F). Busy and slightly pricier for hotels.

Year-round beach weather: South Florida rarely has a "bad" beach day. Even in winter, Haulover Beach sees regular visitors. The average temperature year-round is around 77 °F (25 °C). Bring sunscreen regardless of season.
